How to Receive Reimbursement
You must use the toll-free number for services to be reimbursed. Fax a copy of the receipt and a copy of the repair invoice from your service center. Then, you will receive a check within 8 to 10 business days upon receipt of paperwork. Note that reimbursement for services is limited to 2 occurrences within a 365-day period and a maximum of $75 per occurrence.

Road Hazard Protection must be clearly indicated on the service installation invoice when tires are purchased and installed.
